At MyRide and Concierge LLC, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness for both our passengers and our drivers, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy.

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee or may result in the loss of deposit.

• If a passenger does not appear at the scheduled pickup location without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

• In rare cases, we may need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, road closures, driver illness, or vehicle issues.
• In these situations, passengers will receive the choice of a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

• Approved refunds will be processed within [5–10 business days] to the original method of payment.
• Timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

• For special events, holidays, or large group bookings, different cancellation terms may apply. These will be communicated at the time of booking.
