MyRide and Concierge LLC provides transportation and concierge services, including but not limited to scheduled rides, private transfers, and related customer support.

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

• MyRide and Concierge LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

• All content on myridemt.com, including logos, branding, text, and images, is the property of MyRide and Concierge LLC and may not be used without our written permission.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate courts of Flathead County, Montana.
